Starting, Growing, and Selling Your Business

Back in April, I had the opportunity to keynote the EOS Conference. I didn’t take the stage to share theories or frameworks. I told my story. A real, intimate account of how I started, built, and ultimately sold EOS Worldwide.

The theme of the talk was simple: Starting, Growing, and Selling Your Business. But the message ran deeper than just those stages. It was a reflection on the journey—mine, and yours.

After spending decades walking alongside entrepreneurs and leadership teams, I’ve come to understand that no two paths look the same. Some of you are just lacing up your boots at basecamp. Others are pushing through the messy middle of growth. And some are standing at the summit, looking at what you’ve built and asking, “What now?”

This talk was for all of you. Founders. Visionaries. Integrators. Leadership team members. Entrepreneurs at every stage.

It wasn’t flashy. It wasn’t filled with hacks or shortcuts. What I shared came from the heart and from the bruises and breakthroughs that came with three decades in the trenches with people like you. People who are building something meaningful. People trying to understand what it’s all adding up to.

If you can find a quiet moment this week, I’d love for you to watch the video. Not because it has all the answers, but because it might help you ask the right questions. The kind that get you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with why you started and where you’re going.

Whether you’re launching, growing, leading a team, or preparing for a sale, I hope this message meets you right where you are.

You’re not alone on this climb.

Stay Focused,

Gino
